What are the shipping times for your products?
We ship your orders the same day if they are validated before 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. After 3:30 p.m., your orders are shipped the next day. All orders after Friday 3:30 p.m. will be shipped the following Monday. Your order will then be delivered to you within 48 hours to 72 hours by post (unless otherwise specified).
Do you ship anywhere in the world?

Where do we ship your product from?
Our offices are located in the Toulouse region , in France .
Do you provide product tracking information?
Yes, once your order has been validated, all the information will be sent to you by email. If you logged in when ordering, you will also be able to find this information from your customer area.
I received a damaged item. What can I do?
We are so confident in the quality of our products that we will give you your money back in case you are not satisfied. How it works ? If within 30 days of the date of receipt of your order you are disappointed, simply write to us using the contact form. One of our advisors will take care to guide you in correctly placing your order. Despite our help, if you want a refund, simply ask us for it, explaining the exact reasons for your dissatisfaction. Your feedback is very valuable to us, because it allows us to continue to improve the development of our products and services.
